👋 Hey there! I'm Bruce and over the past 30+ years I've learned that great writing is about becoming your audience. When you become them, you experience all their pains and struggles. Then you can write your way out of it and help them avoid the same pain. Turns out most developers would rather maintain jQuery than read the docs. I get it. So I try to keep it simple. But simple is hard. It takes time that's not easy to find. Ultimately, if a sleep-deprived developer can't understand my docs at 2 am, my docs aren't good enough. I fail a lot. But I keep trying.
